JW Real Estate Services was born from a passion for Colorado's beautiful landscapes and a commitment to helping clients find their perfect piece of land in Douglas, Jefferson, and Arapahoe Counties.

Janet Steuck, MAI

Janet Steuck, MAI is the managing director of JW Real Estate Services, LLC and corporate broker for JW Building Group Services, LLC. Janet's background and interest in real estate is derived from her parents who were both real estate agents and advisors. She is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and is also a Colorado Certified General Appraiser. Her twenty-five plus years of industry experience includes market concept and feasibility studies, site analysis work, general real estate consulting, asset management, and commercial and residential appraisal projects. Janet is instrumental in sales and marketing, developing customer contract documents, specifications and interior designs, financing, and value-based purchasing. She also obtains government and agency approvals for developments, and creates community bylaws, declarations, and budgets.

William Steuck

William (Bill-the-Builder) Steuck is Managing Director of JW Building Group Services, LLC. Bill is a fourth generation European decedent of a long family line of passionate carpenters, craftsmen and builders. His thirty years of experience began as an apprentice/journeyman carpenter in the mid-west and proceeded to construction management, site development, product design, and real estate market analysis. He has extensive operations, sales and advertising, and financial management experience for all aspects of residential and light-commercial projects with variable project size and diversified scopes of work. Bill personally manages the crafting of each project or development from site selections (including site improvements and landscaping) and the construction of buildings (through custom detailing) resulting in a precise reflection of the customers' lifestyle and business venture objectives.
